One thing I cannot bring myself to do is get inked. I have put down two down payments on tattoos and I always chicken out. The one thing that keeps me away from them is that I know tattoos will be there forever and ever. In this day and age, I have noticed that it is the norm to have one. Usually, people seem surprised when they find out someone doesn't have a tattoo (especially in college). It is a great thing to be able to express yourself through tattoos, I just don't know if I can make a commitment on something that will be there forever. In twenty-some years, will I still like the same tattoo? What are your thoughts on tattoos?

I have 2 tattoos and love them. Not sure if I'd ever get more, prob not, but I'm pleased with the 2 I have. I totally love that "believe" finger tattoo. I've always wanted writing on my finger, but that's toooo exposed for me.
